Education:
In 2009, she graduated from the Bachelor's degree at the Department of Physical Geography of the Faculty of Geography, Ecology and Tourism of the Kyrgyz National University named after Zh. Balasagyn. Graduated from the Master's degree in 2011 from the same department and faculty of the Kyrgyz National University named after Zh. Balasagyn. In 2011-2014, she completed postgraduate studies at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Xinjiang Institute of Ecology and Geography, defended her PhD thesis on the topic "The impact of climate change on the hydrological processes of the Talas River".
Work experience:
In the period from September 2009 to June 2010, she worked as a geography teacher at school No. 33 in Bishkek.
From January to June 2009, she worked as a teacher of geography and ecology at the Humanitarian Lyceum at the KNU named after Zh. Balasagyn. From September of the same year to June 2010, she taught geography and ecology at the College of Information Technologies and at the Humanitarian Lyceum at the KNU named after Zh. Balasagyn.
In CAIAG, she started working in Department No. 2 "Climate, Water and Natural Resources" as a hydrological engineer from February 2016 to March 2020. In March of the same year, by the decision of the Scientific council of the CAIAG, it was decided to promote to the position of a researcher (hydro-meteorologist) and to this day I continue to work in the above-mentioned place.
During field work, she surveyed and conducted observations in a number of localities in Kyrgyzstan and China. Participated in studies of the level and quality of groundwater in the Taklamakan desert and in nearby areas of Lake Lobnor in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of China, as well as in Issyk-Kul, Naryn, Talas and Jalal-Abad regions of the Kyrgyz Republic. The research results are presented in various scientific publications and reports. Published individually and co-authored 6-8 scientific papers, both in publishing houses of Kyrgyzstan and abroad. I also present the results of my work in various conferences, trainings and seminars related to the current state of hydrology and climate in Kyrgyzstan and Central Asia.
From February 2021 to June 2021, she worked as a part-time senior lecturer at IUCA (International University in Central Asia.) And since January of this year and to this day I have been working as an acting associate professor of the integrated course "Nature, man, Society".
Work and cooperation in projects:
Participated in international and joint projects, such as "Restoration Opportunity Assessment Methodology (ROAM)", CAIAG together with UNIQUE and Future Water from January to December 2021.
Professional development and internships
From March to August 2011, she studied English at the courses "Active English" and has a certificate. And from September 2011 to January 2012, she took Chinese language courses in Beijing, at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, has a certificate.
In June 2016, she took part in the CAWa Summer School, which was organized by the Kazakh-German Institute in Almaty, Kazakhstan. In November 2016, we went to the AWI (Alfred Wegener Institute) to the laboratory "Ice core laboratory for analyzing the Pamir Glaciers samples in Central Asia" in Germany in the city of Bremerhaven.
The main direction of scientific research is hydrology: the regime and dynamics of rivers and river systems, climate change on hydrological processes, water resources.
