Irrigation Management Information System
The Water Information System (WIS) consists of two components: the Water Use Database and the 2TP-Vodkhoz database.
WIS “Water Use” and “2TP-VODHOZ” were created as a result of the World Bank's project “National Water Resources Management - Phase 1”, Grant No. TF016315 for the Department of Water Resources and Land Reclamation (Far East Water Management and Reclamation) of the Kyrgyz Republic by the Central Asian Institute for Applied Geosciences (CAIIZ) - http://caiag.kg) in 2018 and posted at http://wuse.caiag.kg and http://2tp.water.gov.kg.
Both WISs use a single database hosted on the DVHiM server. WIS is made in the form of web portals and it does not require any programs other than an Internet browser (Google Chrome, Opera and others).
The information system of the “WATER USE” database is designed to better organize, plan and record the supply of irrigation water to water users, necessary for the production of various crops and for use in the departments of the Department of Water Management and Land Reclamation (DWCM) of the Kyrgyz Republic at various levels of management: district (RUVH), basin (БУВХ) and the Central Office of the Far East Military Administration and Administration.2TPVodhoz.
The information system of the “WATER USE” database includes two main sections - planning irrigation water supply and accounting for water supply to agricultural enterprises. The third, additional section is the preparation and maintenance of reference information, which is divided into two subsections: Directories and Classifiers.
The information system of the 2TP-VODHOZ database is intended for maintaining the State Statistical Reporting Form No. 2-Vodkhoz in the divisions of the Department of Water Resources and Land Reclamation (DVHiM) of various levels of management: the district (RUVH), basin (BUVH) and the Central Administration of the DVHiM.
The information system of the “2TP-VODHOZ” database includes two main sections - entering, editing and viewing the “No. 2-Vodkhoz” form and reporting. The third, additional section is the preparation and maintenance of reference information, which is divided into two subsections: Directories and Classifiers.
