CAIAG Measures the Water Temperature of Lake Yssyk-Kol
From June 30 to August 1, specialists from the Central Asian Institute for Applied Geosciences carried out the transfer of the tidal station on the lake.
The station measures the water level and temperature at a depth of 2 meters.
Previously, the sensors were installed on the pier of one of the hotels, but the station had to be moved due to the dismantling of their pier. After receiving permission for the installation, the tidal station was moved to the pier of the Balykchy’s beach.
