CAIAG researcher Ryskul Usubaliev conducts a training for journalists
From July 6-8, 2026, a senior researcher in the Climate, Water, and Geoecology Department at Central Asian Institute for Applied Geosciences Ryskul Usubaliev was invited as a trainer for the educational camp "BELES 3.0".
On July 7, Ryskul Usubaliev conducted theoretical and practical training for journalists on the theme "Kyrgyzstan's Glaciers in the Context of Climate Change".
The "Climate Camp: Media for Environmental Rights" camp was organized to help journalists create stories about climate and the environment based on the analysis of international and local data, through the lens of environmental human rights.
