On April 8, 2025, a delegation from MDN Group, led by General Director Nurlan Mukashevich Abdullaev, visited the Central-Asian Institute for Applied Geosciences (CAIAG).

     During the meeting, Nurlan Abdullaev presented innovative ideas for projects in the field of renewable energy sources (RES) and climate change adaptation, including the development of unique solutions such as a solar-wind thermal power plant (SWTPP). The discussion also covered potential areas for cooperation aimed at implementing joint initiatives in sustainable development.

As a result of the discussions, both sides agreed to sign a Memorandum of Understanding, which will serve as the foundation for future collaboration on joint projects focused on sustainable development and environmental security in the region.
